If you received a text message from a business using the Syntax Voice platform, this page outlines the strict platform-level guarantees applied to that message. Syntax Voice LLC provides the underlying software for businesses to communicate with their customers; we do not initiate these messages or determine the recipients.

01 / Program Description

Businesses utilize this platform to send conversational customer care messages, missed-call follow-ups, and appointment confirmations. Messages are sent under the business’s own name, phone number, and carrier registration.

02 / Opt-Out and Help Instructions

To opt out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to halt messages from that business. The platform automatically processes your opt-out immediately and blocks that specific business from texting you further.

03 / Delivery and Rates

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business.
  • Message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

04 / Platform-Enforced Sending Windows

To protect consumers, the platform restricts automated outbound messages to a strict window between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. across all US time zones. Messages generated outside this window are automatically withheld.

Exception: texts you explicitly request while actively on a live phone call are sent immediately.

05 / Strict Privacy Guarantee

Data privacy is enforced at the platform level.

Your number, your opt-in data, and your consent

No mobile information, opt-in data, or consent will be shared with, sold to, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers such as telecommunication carriers process this data strictly to deliver the requested messages. The full list is published at Sub-processors, and how we handle personal data generally is described in our Privacy Policy.

06 / The Carrier Registration Gate

We block all SMS messages from businesses that do not hold an approved carrier registration. Unregistered businesses cannot send traffic through our platform.
