Lead Telephony & Edge Engineer
You will own the voice.syntaxvoice.com edge network. You are responsible for ensuring that a 2:00 AM HVAC emergency call streams through our SIP and WebSocket architecture to the Syntax Core Intelligence engine with less than 800ms of latency.
Deep understanding of WebRTC, UDP traffic optimization, SIP trunking, and high-availability edge networks.
Syntax Flow™ Product Engineer
You will build the infinite canvas. You are responsible for the visual builder that allows operational managers to drag, drop, and deploy enterprise-grade call routing trees without writing a single line of code.
Mastery of state management, canvas/SVG rendering, Next.js, and building dark-mode, high-fidelity user interfaces.

Director of Specialist Operations
You are the architect of the human safety net. You will recruit, train, and QA the shared pool of US-based, vertical-trained Syntax Specialists. When the AI escalates a session, your team must resolve it perfectly.
Experience scaling distributed, high-stakes dispatch networks (NEMT, 911 dispatch, or enterprise logistics). Obsession with flat-rate resolution and zero-escalation failure rates.
