Terms of Service.

Effective Date: April 2026

This Master Subscription Agreement governs your access to the Syntax Core Intelligence cognitive engine, the voice edge network, and the Syntax Specialist human routing layer. By initializing a workspace, you agree to these operational parameters.

01 / Provision of Infrastructure

Syntax Voice provisions zero-latency voice routing, API endpoints, and optional human escalation services. We target a 99.99% uptime SLA for our edge media network (voice.syntaxvoice.com). Temporary disruptions for scheduled maintenance of the configuration dashboard (app.syntaxvoice.com) do not constitute a breach of this SLA. You are responsible for ensuring your own end-points (cellular networks, FSM software, PBX systems) are online to receive our webhook and call transfers.

02 / Billing, Capacity & Overages

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. Each tier includes a strict allotment of Standard AI Minutes and Specialist Escalations.

  • Overage Mechanics. Syntax Voice does not throttle your network or force automated tier upgrades during traffic spikes. If your workspace exceeds its monthly allotted AI minutes, you will be billed a flat rate of $0.10 per minute for the remainder of the billing cycle (or $0.09/min for Agency tiers).
  • Add-On Specialists. Human Specialist resolutions billed outside of a pre-paid bucket are invoiced at $8.00 per escalation ticket.

03 / The 30-Day Guarantee Protocol

New Workspaces are eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, within the first 30 days of paid service, you determine the infrastructure has not met your operational requirements, you may initiate a termination request via the workspace dashboard. Syntax Voice will refund your first month's base subscription fee in full. Note: overage minute charges and flat-rate Specialist Add-On fees incurred during those 30 days are non-refundable.

04 / Acceptable Use & Telephony Rules (TCPA)

Syntax Voice is an inbound and transactional outbound routing engine. You may not use the infrastructure to execute mass cold-calling, robocalling, or SMS spam. All outbound campaigns configured in Syntax Flow must explicitly comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC regulations. We reserve the right to instantly suspend any workspace detected running non-compliant, fraudulent, or malicious telephony traffic.

05 / Agency & Reseller Provisions

Users operating on the Agency Tier are granted the right to white-label the dashboard UI and resell the infrastructure to their own end-clients. However, the Agency holds ultimate liability for all sub-accounts. If an Agency's sub-account violates our Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to suspend the individual sub-account or the master Agency workspace at our discretion. The Agency is solely responsible for invoicing and collecting payments from its end-clients.

06 / Limitation of Liability

Syntax Voice provides the communication layer; we are not the operational provider of your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntax Voice LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or operational damages resulting from a dropped call, an unhandled edge case, an AI misclassification, or network latency. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this agreement is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event.
