Cookie Policy

This policy strictly covers browser-side technologies on properties we operate: our marketing site, dashboard, and authentication pages. It does not cover the websites of businesses using our platform or our embeddable web chat widget.

We group our tracking technologies into three categories. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.

• Strictly necessary. First-party cookies required to keep you securely signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. The platform cannot function without these.
• Functional. First-party storage used to remember your dashboard preferences such as alert toggles, microphone checks, and agent presence.
• Analytics and performance. We use Sentry for error monitoring and sampled session replays, recording approximately 1 in 10 sessions to diagnose bugs. We also capture a temporary first-touch marketing attribution snapshot in your session storage to track campaign sources, which is discarded when you close the tab unless you submit a form.

We embed code from two primary third parties:

• Sentry. Processes diagnostic error reports and session replays on our behalf.
• Stripe. Sets fraud-detection cookies solely on pages where payments are processed, such as plan selection.

Our hosting providers, Vercel and AWS, log IP addresses for security and reliability, but do not set analytics cookies on our behalf.

You can manage these technologies using browser controls: clearing data, blocking cookies, or using incognito mode.

Service workers. You can revoke browser push notification permissions directly in your browser settings.
